Tasks

  • Creation of a content management system for the creation of workshop information for guided troubleshooting (offboard diagnosis on the vehicle)
  • Workflow control, development of rights and roles concept, creation of object status models
  • Integration and automated protection of various processes and systems, e.g. translation management

 

Result

  • Central editorial system based on Documentum, Oracle, Java
  • Group and thus worldwide use at all production sites of all brands
  • Support of 21 target languages and 5 creation languages
  • Further development, advice, maintenance and support to this day
  • Established SCRUM Team
