Tasks

  • Creation of test concepts for complex tasks and new systems on the level of vehicle function or component. Main area of focus in the field of cyber security. Diagnostic and network management could be also involved
  • Creation and automation of tests specification based on test concept
  • Identification of the scope of change / scope of testing (e.g. release notes, issues...)
  • Creation or update of test specification and test scripts
  • Preparation of the test campaign (flash, parameterization, scripts…) regarding the test object
  • Implementation and evaluation of defined test cases for the system-integration or system
  • Automation of test execution or of the evaluation with the help of especially created scripts
  • Execution and evaluation of the test run
  • Internal review of test results
  • Documentation of the execution and results of the test according to the predefined process
  • Participation in technical discussion regarding the identified issues

Profile

  • Completed degree (university / FH) or equivalent knowledge
  • ISTQB certification of employees (e.g. Certified Tester - Foundation Level)
  • Practical experience with the implementation of the requirements according to UNECE-R155 / R156 as well as with the ISO standards 21434 and 24089 in the development and testing area
  • Extensive know-how of the underlying international diagnostic standards (ISO, SAE)
  • Expertise in the field of automotive diagnostic protocols (DoIP, UDS on CAN)
  • Experience in test methodology and in the use of tools in ECU testing with a focus on cyber security and diagnostics
  • Very good software knowledge in the area of the dSpace and Vector tool chain ("dSpace ControlDesk and Diagnostics Platform", "dSpace AutomationDesk", "Vector CANalyzer", "Vector CANoe.DiVa", Vector Security Manager)
  • Experience with programming languages such as Phython and C
  • Experience with the tools "Atlassian JIRA / Confluence"
  • Experience with database systems (preferably "Vector eese")
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (technical English)
